This palletizing machine adopts a full servo drive system, ensuring smooth motion, high positioning accuracy, and long-term stability. With fewer mechanical components, low energy consumption, and minimal maintenance requirements, it offers an excellent balance between production efficiency, equipment quality, and overall cost. The machine is widely used for palletizing cartons, bags, bottles, boxes, drums, and other packaged products, making it ideal for factories with moderate production capacity and limited workshop space.
The working process of the column robotic palletizer is fully automated and highly efficient. Packaged products are first conveyed to the designated palletizing position through an infeed conveyor system. Once the product reaches the positioning area, sensors send a signal to the robot control system. The column robot coordinates the X, Y, and Z axes via servo motors. The gripper or end-effector moves directly above the product, and the Z-axis lowers to the preset gripping height. The end-effector then clamps or picks up the product securely. After lifting the product to a safe height, the robot transfers it to the palletizing area according to the preset palletizing program. The Z-axis descends again to place the product accurately at the target position. Once released, the robot repeats the cycle until the entire pallet is completed. A buzzer alerts operators when palletizing is finished. The filled pallet is removed by forklift, a new pallet is placed, and the system resumes operation automatically.
