Custom Labeling Solution for Jar Top Lid Tamper-Evident Sealing in Poland

Introduction

Feyvan supplied two tamper-evident labeling machines for jar top lids to a customer in Poland. The system is based on a flat labeling machine upgraded with a pressure labeling mechanism, enabling both top labeling and side sealing in one automated process.

 Working Principle

After label dispensing, the machine applies the label on the jar lid surface. A photoelectric sensor detects product positioning and triggers a pneumatic cylinder. The roller system then presses downward to complete side tamper-evident sealing automatically.
